a surefire way to break my mysterious promise of a surprise is, indeed, to promise a post about a surprise! sorry to be late to my own party, but i've been racking my brain (still currently on strike) trying to come up with a proper tangible thank you, which is most definitely in order after all of the Ass Shaking Booty Stomping Project Sewn hollering going on around these parts.
my first thought was to share some of the prize booty with ya... but then, in a late night attempt to lure Brain back into creativity, my eyes wandered to the brocade section of mood fabrics online. those mischievous peepers, they like to linger there. this luscious lurex was hammered into the dress that got me through the pink challenge: an alien party frock that turned out to be a popular vote favorite.
(whoopsies, brain freeze, the fact that i just typed "popular vote favorite" made the introverted shy teenage girl in me bark i'msorryWHATdidyoujustsayYOUCAN'TJUSTTYPETHAT)
AHEM. PIPE DOWN GIRLIE. it made y'all giggle, and i likes gigglin', so i thought it only appropriate to share the shiny pink cackling! and, should my older, wiser, more extroverted kalkatroonaan ways terrify you, you could always go with the slightly more demure red & cobalt blue "right" side of this fabric.
now, i wish i could thank each and every one of you with some'a'this, but well. my million dollar check, she has not cleared just yet. something about proper identification. so, for one of you loverly peeps, i grabbed 2 yards of this extra wide 58" deliciousness (really this fabric is the bomb diggety) and i'll trace out the burda magazine zippered top pattern i used to make the dress (petite sizes 17-21) or this shawl top, which would show off the double sided nature ever so nicely (regular sizes 34-42). AND you'll probably get some other craziness too, because I LIKE YOU. a LOT. you guys make me happy.
(speaking of happy, may i just say i chortled, guffawed, giggled, and smiled big 'n wide over every single peep who peeped on my last post? THANK YOU. i haven't had the time to go OCD over the comments as i am wont to do, and truly i didn't want to seem disingenuous by typing thank ya repeatedly, but, for reals... thank ya. MOST REPEATEDLY.)
to enter just leave a comment on this post (oh let's say, about your favorite vice). and mais oui, you can be anywhere in the world!
UPDATE: YOUR VICES ARE BECOMING MY VICES. HOLY COW. i bought a bag of cheddar cheese popcorn yesterday and 8 dark chocolate bars. for the good of my health, i'll close the comments this sunday march 16 and announce a winner monday!
updated updateroo: okay, comments are now closed....winner announced tomorrow!

My favorite vice? Why that would be sewing in as litllte an amount of clothing the temperature of my sewing room can stand, and preferably with a good Chardonnay on standby.... Or chocolate, depends on the time of the month :)
ReplyDeleteThat fabric is killer! My favourite vice is raiding our chocolate shelf first thing in the morning (even before brushing teeth). Its also the last thing i do before i go to bed. But at least I managed to ban myself from eating chocolates while sewing. Fabric doesn't likes choc spots. :/
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vice is eating nutella with a spoon after a run and convincing myself that running makes it healthy. That and silk satin. Congratulations on your win!
ReplyDeleteVices? Plenty! But my favourite online vice is you :)
ReplyDeleteSmooooooooooooooooooooth, bruv.
Delete'Ooona!!!' squealed me with delight. The chance to sew a twinnie outfit hasn't had me this excited since grade eight sewing when my bestie and me made matching gingham smocks. Yeppers, smocks...It's official. I'm ancient. Hmmmm, my favourite vice? I'm trying not to say eating nachos while watching reality TV...oops, I said it. Does that me wicked, LOL? xo
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice? Spending so much time planning projects that I end up with no time to sew them, or whiskey. Being from Scotland I'll go with whiskey.
ReplyDeleteoh man. i feel like it's too easy to call sewing related things my favorite vice. but they're the only ones i'm willing to admit on the internet at the moment, so i'll have to say stashing. i call it stashing because i only think it's hoarding if it's gross and messy and all my craft and sewing supplies are neatly organized thank you very much and i don't have a problem even if my loved ones tell me i do!
ReplyDeleteFabric and booze. :)
ReplyDeleteI think mine would have to be tasty red wine. Oh and SHOES. All shoes, but I do love me high heels, which I don't wear some much these days working from home... but I do still have a nice little collection ;)
ReplyDeleteShoes, handbags, cocktails, gin and Gerard butler. Oh I could go on, but those are just a few...great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteAww this is so sweet, Oona! Hmm, favorite vice...does the fact that I just ate half the Nutella jar on my day off count?
ReplyDeletemy favorite vice is bogo ice cream sundaes at baskin robbins EVERY wednesday.
ReplyDeleteIce cream.....mmm ice cream. I was told by my health visitor that its the best thing to eat while nursing - full of calcium and calories, I cling on to this professional advice and have a bowlful every day! So I guess that means its not really a vice is it?!! So in that case definitely buying too much pretty fabric. Is there such a thing as too much pretty fabric?!!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on winning ;)
Favorite vice: drinking while I sew. Which seems to be a popular vice so far!
ReplyDeleteAmy
Ooooooooona!
ReplyDeleteI was rooting for you every week of Project Sewn and was so delighted that you won (even though I knew you would because you’re just so fabulous that the universe surely couldn’t have allowed any other outcome!). Oh, and my boyfriend agreed on my voting for you. He does appreciate a healthy dose of crazy!
As for my favourite vice … hmmm … perhaps staying up all night reading sewing blogs when I need to get up in the morning, and then toppling rather than stepping out of bed? I’m so virtuous I can’t even think of anything else, ha!
A big, juicy, slice of vegan chocolate cake... or two, or three slices...
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice might be the seasonal Reese's peanut butter cups. I have the Easter egg shaped pack in my secret chocolate cupboard hidden from the kids. Beautiful fabric!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vice is definitely fabric purchasing. I have such a substanial stash that I took over my largest bedroom and made it the sewing room and purchased shelves to stack all the fabric on and I still need more plus another room. There are containers in my basement that house other fabrics as well and I still want more. What can I say?
ReplyDeleteOona, long time lurker here, I love your bright cheery attitude which reflects in your clothing. If I had to say my favorite vice it would be buying shoes, specifically boots that fit my wide calf's, second favorite vice is buying fabric.
ReplyDeleteOh my word, I love this fabric and both patterns! My favorite vice is definitely candy. Particularly, the Nerds Bumpy Jelly Beans that are ONLY sold during the run-up to Easter. I don't want to admit how many bags I've gone through in less than a month....or how many I'll buy when the Easter candy goes on clearance. Btw, super congrats on winning Project Sewn! I was completely blown away by your projects!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite vice? Drinking in charge of agricultural equipment.
ReplyDeleteI kid.
I think my new favourite vice has to be sewing! I have a secret stash of fabrics my husband doesn't know about, and I have maybe perhaps been known to sneak away from work early when there's nothing demanding going on to come home and play with fabric and patterns. This shit is seriously addictive and I wish someone had warned me! It won't be long before I need sewing rehab.
My favourite vice, at the moment, is hash browns with mayo. It sounds like a weird combination but somehow it works. Fairly far from being healthy though! That fabric is so gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteOh and well done for winning! Everything you made was great, so I can't say I'm surprised ;)
Favorite vices - eating all the lollies from the kids' party lolly bags (what lolly bag darling? Hmm I don't know where it is...) And fabric and patterns. I would love to win that fabric!
ReplyDeleteMy number one vice is always fabric. My sewing machine has been in a silent season right now, and I am pouring my creativity into songwriting at the moment. It is less damaging to the pocketbook. My all time food vice would be a bowl of greek gods yogurt with walnuts, berries, and chocolate chips. But it's a toss up - depends on the day and the season...right now, on the brink of spring, it's homemade dandelion wine.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! My favorite vice right now is Netflix TV show marathons. And yarn. Yarn is always a vice.
ReplyDeleteI skate. I sew. I travel. I throw. A lot. My vices are a-plenty.
ReplyDeletefabric. looking at it online. buying fabric. petting fabric. folding it neatly. sorting it by color. petting it some more. oh and sewing.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on winning Project Sewn! My favorite vice would be sitting on the couch with my laptop and a cocktail, pretending to be swamped with work I've brought home, when in reality I'm reading sewing blogs... kind of what I'm doing right now actually ;)
ReplyDeleteVice, oh yes, staring at vintage patterns on Ebay and Etsy until starving family members arrive at my computer, fork and plate in hand, looking forlorn and... excuse me, what was that? No, dinner's not ready yet... no and it won't be ready until I figure out what to bid on this Spadea Ceil Chapman pattern... the kitchen's over there--get a pretzel.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vice is while I'm sitting by the computer I eat ice cream and lots of chocolate.
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice is a secret hoard of Hershey Symphony bars for a chocolate fix. Secret hoard is vital, as I live 30 minutes from a store that sells them. Lucious fabric. Congratulations, but I never doubted you had it all sewn up! :)
ReplyDeleteMy vice? Peppermint. I seriously crave it sometimes and will eat an entire bag in an afternoon if left alone. I'm trying to cut back since it's not exactly healthy!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations again, Every single thing you made for this contest rocked!
My vice is pizza. And white wine. Sometimes I live on the edge and have them at the same time! :) Congrats on your win!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
ReplyDeleteOne vice is buying beautiful fabric that feels lovely to the touch. My other vice which I regret every time I do it is eating almost a whole bag of potato chips. Yup, you heard it. I always seem to do it when I am super hungry.
I think I would have to say my favorite vice is living vicariously through fabulous sewing blogs like yours, and imagining myself wearing your amazing creations! (and well, scones hot from the oven slathered with butter!)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your win! My vice = le booze. For sure.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the win! My vice - donuts! There is this amazing indie/untraditional/hipster donut shop near my home that I visit almost every week!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. It was fun following your creativity......and.....My favorite vice would be my vodka and lemon right before bed.
ReplyDeleteYou are seriously so awesome - it feels like you're giving away famous fabric - oh wait, you ARE... and you'll actually trace a pattern for us?? That's love!! :)
ReplyDeleteOnly one vice? That's tough!! My favourite vice is really really good coffee, with full-on heavy cream in it :) And buying silk online when I should be working... *looks over shoulder*...
I never would have guessed you had an introverted shy teenage girl lurking inside! The fabric is gorgeous! My vice is definitely chocolate followed closely by shoes.
ReplyDeleteUm. I've never tried to think of a favorite vice... probably speculoos. And barbeque kettle chips. And fabric, but that's no vice at all. And butter cookies. Skittles. FRENCH PASTRY...
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vice? Gotta be fabric and yarn shopping. It's a feast for the senses.
ReplyDeleteLove you to pieces!
My vice is 5 min mac and cheese, which is odd because I generally avoid stuff like that. Congrats on Project Sewn my fav was your first outfit, amazing.
ReplyDeleteSilk panties, baked Brie, warm Southern guy, cold gin. (Too much for a sewing blog? Probably. But you did ask. And now I'll have to go watch Kevin Costner give the "I believe in" speech in "Bull Durham." Cause it's the other side of the penny.) You so deserved the win.
ReplyDeleteOh. I've had to give up most of my vices as I tend to do them in excess! Bad Becky! I do tend to spend far too long in a hot shower, wasting water, drowning out the day in lots of yummy shower gels. Coffee is boring, but true and still legal for me ;-). Oh, and the man right after he gives himself a close shave - no thigh chaffing. ;-)
ReplyDeletePommes frites. Best vice ever, but so fattening!!!
ReplyDeletePie. And books. I can't seem to stop collecting books, even when I have two bookcases full that I haven't even read yet. Even when I have to annex several other pieces of furniture to stack them on willy nilly because the bookcases are full. Even though I work at a library, and can theoretically just borrow and return anything I want. I just want all the books!
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh so pretty! I rarely admit this but my vice (secret one) is watching vampire diaries! and food vice gummi candies!
ReplyDeleteHow are silk panties a vice??? My favorite vice isn't fit to print.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vice? Chocolate. Too bad it is too painful to eat. :(
ReplyDeleteCocktails. Most definitely. The more creative the better.
ReplyDeleteVice? I have a few... My favourite has to be gratuitous " ooh, pretty, mine!" Fabric purchases with absolutely no clue what I'm going to make with it. Closely followed by ways of combining alcohol and friends. I'm not yet able to combine a drink and sewing, I fear I'd sew myself to what I was making. Oh, and Sci-Fi. I loooove it!
ReplyDeleteChocolate, and fabric hoarding....*sigh* must sew through my stash!!
ReplyDeleteMy current vice is Liberty Nike shoes... I have 5 or 6 pairs.
ReplyDeleteThis is one bad ass giveawa, fabric worm by the winner of the Project Runway!!! My biggest vice is shaking my booty to a tune like am some rap video extra. In the comfort of my own home and alone of course.
ReplyDeleteokay checkout the typo's.
ReplyDeleteFavourite vice? Chocolate. Rarely does a day go by when I don't eat some. (Speaking of which, must be about time for my daily c-fix.... 'Scuse me, I'm off to the pantry....!)
ReplyDeleteGood question Oona. I'd die to get my hands on that fabric. Ok, my vice is chocolate and lying to my kids when they ask for some and I tell them there's none left because Mummy wants it all for herself. Mwah ha ha!
ReplyDeleteLiving in Ireland wine isn't so much of a vice as a way of life, so I'll note my other vices: bad action movies, duvet days, over priced bubble bath, anything food stuff that involves butter, engelbert humperdinck
ReplyDeletehot curry, cold beer, and my hot hubby..in that order :)
ReplyDeleteooh and i am not anonymous, maybe i should be, i am Jen. Double :)
DeleteWow! Thank you! My biggest vice is probably Bloglovin. I am truly addicted to my blog roll. If accompanied by chocolate (in lieu of wine since I'm pregnant) so much the better!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Oona, a well deserved win! My favorite vice is probably buying goodies on etsy, I cannot resist awesome vintage sweaters or a great cut of fabric :)
ReplyDeleteMine is eating WAY too much chips and queso! Also, as someone else mentioned, spending too much time planning future projects to finish current ones (usually while eating chips and queso)!
ReplyDeleteI got inspired and googled vice, immoral or wicked behaviour, the most wicked behaviour I get up to is making pancakes with my four year old daughter for breakfast on a weekend, followed a close second by buying boots, fabric, clothing or sewing patterns and insisting that said items are in fact not new.
ReplyDeleteUntil said four year old daughter spills the beans on me! Brat!
TV shows are definitely my vice. So many shows, so little time...
ReplyDeleteAgain, congratulations on your big win!
Licorice, wine, listing to my old Hanson cd (cannot believe I told you that one) and reading teen vampire books...
ReplyDeleteAwesome giveaway! My husband would tell you my vice is sewing and buying fabric. What's so bad about that? It's really red wine and cashews. That's as evil as I get.
ReplyDeleteOh my god that fabric is AMAZING!! SO COOL!!!
ReplyDeleteThe Walking Dead is probably my favorite vice; my family has learned I am unavailable 8-11 on Sunday nights. (Hey, I need to devote my full attention to the zombie drama!)
Chocolate. And lots of it!
ReplyDeletePotato chips are my favorite vice. Seriously, if a bag lasts more than 24, I was "good". nom nom nom And I like crazy flavors like salt & vinegar and dill pickle.
ReplyDeleteA win well-earned, Oona!
ReplyDeleteEven Charlize Theron seemed to think so, on the red carpet... only her dress was held up by 'invisible' shoulder straps, while yours did it all on its own! Wahey for inner construction!
Favorite vice... not counting fabric, waaaaaay too obvious.... roasted, unsalted pistacchios. Truly. Can't stop. before. bag. is. emptied. Oy.
Sabine sushi(at)telenet(dot)be
My favourite vice? I feel like I should write wine, but then, as a teacher, big brother, blah blah blah, so let's say netflix. Yeah, Netflix, she's got me hooked.
ReplyDeleteM&Ms for sure. That fabric is awesome!
ReplyDeleteChocolate. Wine. Cheese. Definitely not exercise.
ReplyDeleteLove your work! x
Watching Korean dramas - I bawl like a baby no matter how obvious the plot, and always root for the "wrong" guy to get the girl (who never does...)....
ReplyDeleteAnd no, I speak/read absolutely NONE of that language.
ewronkowski@gmail.com
Chocolate and fabric hoarding. Have. To. Stay. Away. From. Mood and the Fabric Store in LA or I will go broke and my husband will divorce me.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!! You deserved the win
Congrats!! I guess it would be sugar. I don't drink and stuff anymore...but I am addicted to fabric...I love both so much!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Lots of vices but my worst include vintage patterns and coffee!!!
ReplyDeleteDoes knitting count as a vice? I get itchy if I don't have a project stashed in my purse at all times. You rock!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! What a generous giveaway! I have many vice but my personal favorite has to be my obsession with Law & Order SVU. I will happily drop most chores to watch an episode I have undoubtedly seen 3,685 times.
ReplyDeleteShoes, shoes, it's got to be shoes. They make all of my lovely home made outfits sing!
ReplyDeleteI must have wa-a-ay too many vices -- my head feels likes it's gonna split wide open when you say I gotta choose a favorite. Shoes, maybe. Or that Portuguese brandy I gotta travel over state lines (twice!) to get. Or a whole bagga potato chips (Utz!).
ReplyDeleteHmmm. Vices... I'll admit, I'm the type who constructs elaborate rationales for my vices, thereby "un"vicing them. Can I say that as the person with a pot of lard rendering on the stove at the moment that I love fat? Step aside sugar, where is the fattiest dessert on the table?! But really, fat is not as bad for you as they say, not unless we're talking margarine (yech!). I swear!
ReplyDeleteMagazines ... closely followed by chocolate! I go past a newsagents early in the morning on the way to work and always get to wondering what's new on the magazine rack so I can read something on the train ... It's got to a point where I'm going through them all at home and taking one in my bag each morning to make sure I've read it properly - cheaper that way too!!!
ReplyDeleteMany congrats! I'm a vegetarian but I do enjoy a packet of sweets containing gelatin every now & again...
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice? Hmmm, that'd have to be blog-surfing at work! So many blogs; so little time ;-)
ReplyDeleteYeah....that would be European and Italian designer shoes...I guess that is not so bad but I do ride public transportation so I can support my habit. {:-O
ReplyDeleteWhat a generous giveaway you've put together here! So much pretty :)
ReplyDeleteHmmm so many vices! But those that tend to make me throw caution to the wind are shoes and fabric.... hang those bills that need paying :p
Definitely cOmedy. Yeah comedy.
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice? A lot to choose from, but I'll go along with the crowd and choose chocolate...
ReplyDeletemy favorite vice... sweets. i have no control. what an awesome giveaway, that fabric is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your win! My favorite vice is buying patterns! I love a .99 cent pattern sale!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vice is chocolate!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the win. My favorite vice is home made chocolate cake.
ReplyDeleteSometimes, when my cat is very sleepy (and therefore unable to retaliate), I like to rub my face in his soft belly fur. Does that count as a vice? It's quite hazardous to my health; I frequently misjudge his level of sleepy and end up with a scratched face. It's worth it.
ReplyDeleteTravel, anywhere, anytime....definitely travel :) Ah.maze.ing. giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteVodka soda w/ a lemon and a lime- what can I say, I like my booze!
ReplyDeleteI spend way too much time reading sewing blogs, and so much actually sewing :|
ReplyDeleteThank you for the giveaway!
My favorite vice is shopping for fabric! I love to look online (while JoAnn's is nice, it does lack some) and visit my favorite shop in Detroit, Haberman's. Still have a lot left from the last time I was there! Should get busy sewing.....
ReplyDeleteI'd have to say my favorite vice is purchasing kitchen stuff and equipment. You ask why is this a vice? Because I cannot and nor do I ever cook. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteMy vice? Magazines for sure! I think I buy at least one a day, sometimes more! Totally addicted! Congrats on your win! And what an amazing giveaway to celebrate :)
ReplyDeleteOooooh this is not to be missed. I want to say my favourite vice is filling up my bath tub with champagne while I lay back and watch Dynasty re-runs, but alas no, I'd say it's a down and dirty margarita hopefully followed by a big naughty veggie burrito.
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice . . . there are so many options! Wine, chocolate, or new shoes. Take your pick!
ReplyDeleteFavourite vice is probably shoe shopping. I can't stop buying ALL THE SHOES, even though I don't even get the time to wear the ones I currently own. But a girl can never have too many shoes!!!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vice is probably a luscious cold glass of white wine. I think I may go get myself one right now!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on winning the sew-down and thanks for your sweet giveaway!
sewing blogs are my vice. I am actually learning things. Congrats on your win. I can be contacted at msyp1@aol.com
ReplyDeleteCold strawberries with nutella. Enough said!
ReplyDeleteThat would be chocolate... specifically hot chocolate.
ReplyDeleteI got excited and typed a mega comment on my phone. AND THEN MY PHONE HATED ME AND DELETED IT ALL. And now I can't even remember what I said. Except that I was astonished you were doing a give-away to ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD? Does the future count?
ReplyDeleteAlso I think my sewing vice is sewing children's clothes. More specifically baby clothes. I don't have any children - I do have an obsession with miniature things (case in point, my mum still buys me children's 'my first baking set' style things, so I can make TINY CAKES with TINY SPOONS and TINY BOWLS and TINY SHUT UP NOW) getting back to the point.... Babies are pretty much just TINY ADULTS and their clothes are SO TINY. So anyone I know with children gets given handmade clothes... regardless of how well I know them. Awkward. It is good for stash busting though... because tiny clothes don't take up that much fabric... and they're really quick to make.
Of course you won, you're amazing!
ReplyDeleteFavourite vice is Sunday twilight gin and tonics
My sewing vice? I reach for a chocolate biscuit before a seam ripper.
ReplyDeleteChocolate and tea.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vice is tv show marathons... No moving. All day.
ReplyDeleteWell maybe to pee... maybe lol
Treacle tart. Also Lego.
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice: staying up too late with my husband drinking cocktails in the backyard while the kids slep. In summer, with music,
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice: if I am attending a reception and they are serving cookies, I always have to take a few for the road. Wrapped up in a napkin and stuck in my purse, just like my grandma ... or just shoved into my pocket, like ... a hobbit?
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice? Hmmm... definitely sweets. I am absolutely addicted to sugar, lol.
ReplyDeleteLately I've been addicted to those instant Japanese noodle packages... I guess it's not a vice exactly but they are pure sodium.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the win, also, you definitely deserved it. You are truly bold, creative and skilled.
Binge watching TV shows while crafting. My favorite right now is Dark Shadows.
ReplyDeleteBuying patterns and never making them up... Sitting down for 5 minutes to look at pinterest and then looking up, bleary-eyed and dizzy, 4 hours later ... and BEER!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite vices (because who can choose just one?) are coffee, fabric, yarn and crap television that pretends to be educational (think HGTV, or Discover (that baby kitten show- too cute!)). Glad you won, you had some dashing outfits.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely ginger beer. Particularly the disturbingly sharp and overpoweringly ginger kind. I think I've built up a rather remarkable ginger tolerance.... and then I guess there's also the fact that sometimes its too easy to watch an entire season of some random tv show I hardly care about while sewing/working because Prime Instant Video makes it far too easy.
ReplyDeleteFavorite vice? Why just one OONA? Too much wine, trash tv, fabric binges, being a smidge ornery....
ReplyDeleteI aways knew you'd kick ass in PS. You're too amazing not to! (Although I think Lladybird was robbed going so early. ) your pink dress is absolutely freaking amazing too!
ReplyDeleteHmm, vices... chocolate, shoes, and buying sewing patterns are all up there as favourites. But the world is full of excellent and indulgent things to have or do!
Popcorn. I could eat that all day. And probably would if I lived alone!
ReplyDeleteVice. Chocolate covered pretzels. Hidden everywhere, in case I need to eat them anytime.
ReplyDeletevice: chocolate & peanut butter - especially in homemade icecream!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite vice is mulled wine and chocolate a complete migraine scenario but sometimes I can't help myself, I hide my chocolate in my fabric stash in plastic food bags as I know that no one will look for it there, now that I write this it sounds really bad and like I am depriving my children ha ha ha
ReplyDeleteI have too many vices to count, but my favorites are drinking and smoking of course.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite vice is sleeping in late. REAL late. Especially in the winter when it's so cold and grey out, and so cozy and warm in bed. Great Giveawy!!
ReplyDeleteMy fav vice is coffee, definitely coffee. I'm a mom, what can I say:)
ReplyDeleteCoffee in the morning, wine in the evening, dark chocolate always.
ReplyDeleteCaffeine is probably a vice...unless it's a necessity. See also: fabric purchasing!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure it's not that big of a surprise, but food! And probably laziness. I'm working on becoming one of the hippos from fantasia. ^_^
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEjPDS8Jp1E
